EMS responded and transported the agent to Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze, where the traffic agent was treated and then released for a head injury and contusion to the neck.

The suspect is described by the NYPD as a male black, 20’s, thin build, last seen wearing a black t-shirt and grey trousers.

As the ticket agent crosses the street, the man slips up behind him and punches the agent with his left fist.

It’s unclear if the victim was the one who had given the attacker the ticket and when it was issued.
