The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) will introduce its newest research and development solicitation call during a May 25 Industry Day event at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.
The DHS Science and Technology Directorate’s Cyber Security Division (CSD), part of the Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency, will be briefing interested parties on a new research area called:
The Predict, Assess Risk, Identify (and Migrate) Disruptive Internet-scale Network Events (PARIDINE) project that builds on the work of its Internet Measurement and Attack Modeling (IMAM) research and development (R&D) project.
CSD will host a PARIDINE Industry Day on May 25, 2017 for parties interested in this new project solicitation call, which will be issued against S&T CSD HSHQDC-17-R-B0002, a five-year Broad Agency Announcement that was announced in February of this year.
This Industry Day will introduce the anticipated project area to researchers from industry, academia and research laboratories.
S&T Cyber Security Division Program Manager Dr. Ann Cox will explain the technical focus of the research project and answer questions posed by representatives from industry, academia and research laboratories that are interested in submitting research proposals.
