Once stay-at-home orders started going into effect across the country, AlertMedia’s customers were able to quickly connect with employees using multi-channel notifications, with a system that enabled them to streamline communication of their remote work plan and keep essential workers safe through timely updates, wellness checks, and pre-work symptom screenings.
In March, even as organizations scaled back other commitments in light of the uncertain economic outlook, demand for AlertMedia surged. AlertMedia added 250 new enterprise customers in March—and nearly 700 to date in 2020.
