With state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor location technology, streaming video calling, and call prioritization, Carbyne is set to be 9-1-1's most important upgrade in more than 40 years.

With a touch on a smartphone, to a telephone application using Israeli security technology, the emergency center ‘C-2’ will know the exact location, the name of the issuer of the alert and the transmission of video and audio of the emergency situation.

An exciting day for Carbyne, a strong competitor in the 2018 ‘ASTORS’ Program, and the municipality of Huixquilucan de Dogollado, Mexico as Huixquilucan’s command and control center went live with Carbyne’s Next Generation 911 call handling ecosystem.

Carbyne, 2017 ‘ASTORS’ Platinum Award Winner for ‘Best Emergency Response for Fed/State/Local Government’- a multinational company providing emergency calling services across the globe, has positioned itself as the distributors of near-future technology that easily integrates into the existing systems that emergency services already use.

a multinational company providing emergency calling services across the globe, has positioned itself as the distributors of near-future technology that easily integrates into the existing systems that emergency services already use.

With a throng of reporters present and churning out dozens of newspaper articles, radio and even national tv spots throughout the day, Carbyne’s NG911 capabilities were on full display for all the world to see.

Huixquilucan, a municipality of 242,000 citizens located just outside of Mexico City, is the first center in Mexico to use Carbyne’s full ecosystem, and in just a few days, the results have already been tremendous.

“Listening to the call-takers and the PSAP staff as they watched the pins drop within a few meters of where the callers were, and the video upload on their screens was amazing,” said Raymundo Sánchez López, Carbyne’s Regional Director of Sales for Mexico.

“We are thrilled with our continued growth in Mexico and very excited to be providing Huixquilucan with the future of 911, today,” said Carbyne’s Founder & CEO, Amir Elichai.

“I was proud of how our technical staff and our c-Live NG platform performed with dozens of reporters watching closely. The client is thrilled and so are we.”

“There is more to come from Mexico and Latin America in the coming months, watch this space!”

The c-Now app will allow transmitting in real time from a smartphone, the geolocation of the emergency whether it is security, medical, fire or civil protection.

This application will support the video surveillance work of 600 cameras installed in the municipality.

Sánchez López, explained that the technology offered has the ability to send video from the place where the emergency occurs and communication via chat messages, allowing people with a hearing impairment to perform a emergency warning.

In events such as floods or earthquakes, the network that supports c-Now, would not collapse, so that citizens can continue to make reports to the command control center, which has highly qualified personnel to handle calls.

(Carbyne is a next-generation Call handling platform, supported by a full ecosystem, encompassing advanced IP based communication features, global infrastructure, and caller solutions. We act as the gateway for delivering rich and smart data from connected devices to Public Answering Points (PSAP’s), helping call takers analyze and process what is happening in real-time, provide accurate support, reduce operational costs, slash time to dispatch and ultimately save lives.
