The COPsync911 threat-alert system reduces emergency response times.
The system, which complements the traditional 9-1-1 system, is activated by school faculty and staff or other persons under threat and sends an immediate, silent alert to other employees, the local law enforcement dispatch center and the closest patrol officers – even if they are away from their patrol car.
“Several weeks ago, there was a shooting at the Boston Public School Headquarters. Fortunately, no one was injured. The COPsync911 threat-alert system is designed to be activated in such a situation,” commented Ronald A. Woessner, CEO of COPsync.

“The system can reduce emergency response time and increase student and faculty safety. At the end of January 2017, we had approximately 170 COPsync911 locations in Massachusetts, approximately 160 locations across the remaining New England states, and more than 1200 locations across the US,” concluded Woessner.
