D-Fend Solutions, leader in radio frequency (RF), cyber-based, counter-drone takeover technology, who took home the Gold 2021 ‘ASTORS’ Award for Best Persistent Aerial Monitoring Solutionrecently Nominated to Compete in the 2022 ‘ASTORS’ Homeland Security Awards Program, has announced a new technical integration with Syzygy Integration.

D-Fend EnforceAir™ C-UAS

EnforceAir, D-Fend Solutions’ flagship anti-drone product, features a world premier counter-drone, cyber, radio frequency (RF)-based takeover technology.

The system, in either autonomous or manual mode, detects, locates, and identifies rogue drones in your airspace and then neutralizes the threat by allowing you to take full control over the drone and land it safely in a predefined zone.

Since the system does not rely upon jammers or kinetic technology, EnforceAir avoids collateral damage, interference, disruption, and disturbance.

Continuity prevails as communications, commerce, transportation, and everyday life smoothly proceed.

A cost-effective, off-the-shelf government-sponsored solution TAK was developed by the DoD to enable tactical data generation, visualization, and sharing to facilitate communications across multiple users and achieve shared tactical situational awareness.

This new integration will also enable EnforceAir to immediately work with camera systems, radars, and other sensor technologies for fusion and filtering via all the capabilities in SNAP.

SNAP also enables all the sensor data to work across enterprise networks via secure connections, goTenna, Iridium, and mobile ad-hoc networking (MANET) simultaneously.

“We are gratified to collaborate with Syzygy Integration,” stated Zohar Halachmi, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of D-Fend Solutions.

“The integration of EnforceAir’s unique and proven cyber takeover counter-drone capabilities with SNAP will lead to greater optimization of cross-functional tactical data flow and communications for various C-UAS scenarios, sectors, and use cases, delivering more robust airspace safety and security in the context of heightened threat levels from hostile and unsafe UAS activity.”

“This integration is timed perfectly given the clearly increased threat from unauthorized UAS activity, and the requisite need for enhanced situational awareness and defensive coordination,” added Wesley Mitchell, the Founder and President of Syzygy Integration.

“Through this strong collaboration, we are taking more impactful steps towards protecting airspace with greater alignment and coordination across multiple operator users and stakeholders.”
