FBI & NYPD Offer Reward for Fugitive in Violent Drug Trafficking Ring

The FBI New York Metro Safe Streets Task Force is asking for the public’s help in locating a fugitive indicted in federal court on drug trafficking and firearms charges on October 5, 2016.

The FBI is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of Cicero Williams.

A federal grand jury indicted both Williams, along with 21 other members of a violent street gang called Flybridge, which operated in the Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx.

Williams has been charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics and discharge of firearms in furtherance of narcotics trafficking.

Investigators describe Williams as a black man, 36 years old, 5’09” tall, about 170 pounds, with a full beard and mustache. He also goes by the names “Tubes” or “Boobie.”

They say Williams may be traveling in the Boston, Massachusetts area.

He is considered armed and dangerous.
