“Defense and law enforcement agencies throughout the world are equipping their personnel, vehicles and vessels with LRAD long range communication systems,” commented Richard S. Danforth, Chief Executive Officer of LRAD Corporation.
“Our AHD and advanced mass notification solutions provide our customers with proven and reliable systems to clearly communicate to the public and safely resolve uncertain situations.”
Automated phone calls, emails, text messages, social media and other emergency notification measures are only effective if directories are constantly updated and users continually have access to linked devices.
By broadcasting 360°, attention-commanding warning sirens and exceptionally intelligible voice messages up to 12 square kilometers from a single 8-Emitter installation, LRAD ONE VOICE® mass notification systems ensure emergency warnings and public safety announcements are heard and understood throughout coverage areas.
LRAD AHD systems are an essential component in communication and escalation of force protocols for defense and law enforcement agencies.
LRAD systems are in use in more than 70 countries around the world and are the only AHDs that meet all U.S. Military requirements.
Using advanced technology and superior voice intelligibility, LRAD Corporation’s proprietary Long Range Acoustic Devices® and revolutionary ONE VOICE® mass notification systems enable users to safely hail and warn, inform and direct, prevent misunderstandings, determine intent, establish large safety zones, and resolve uncertain situations.
LRAD systems are in service in more than 70 countries around the world in diverse applications including mass notification and public address, fixed and mobile defense deployments, homeland, border, critical infrastructure, maritime, oil & gas, and port security, public safety, law enforcement and emergency responder communications, asset protection, and wildlife control and preservation.
