Rave Aware Enables CAD Data Sharing
Rave’s continued growth comes at a time when public safety agencies are increasingly looking for ways to speed response, share data, increase collaboration, and enhance the safety of first responders.
As a solution to meet these needs, Rave recently launched Rave Aware™, a new solution that enables Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) data sharing and facilitates interoperability between CAD systems.
9-1-1 call centers and emergency response agencies benefit from improved operational efficiencies and greater situational awareness across jurisdictions.

Partnership with RapidDeploy Seamlessly Delivers Rave data to 9-1-1
Rave has also partnered with RapidDeploy to provide Rave data into 9-1-1 call centers to better inform emergency response, get help onsite more quickly and add context on the caller’s condition.
The integration of Rave Mobile Safety’s Smart911™ emergency profiles, facility floor plans, and Rave Panic Button™ event data into RapidDeploy’s RadiusPlus mapping system seamlessly delivers additional critical information to the telecommunicator’s native interface.
“We share Rave’s mission to ensure the best response in a crisis for our communities and first responders,” said Steven Raucher, RapidDeploy co-founder and CEO.
“Our partnership with Rave allows us to share critical life-saving information with telecommunicators, directly on the map as part of the 9-1-1 workflow.”
Operational Messaging Expands Notifications Beyond Emergency Alerts
Rave Mobile Safety has introduced operational messaging to expand communications beyond emergency alerts to informational updates, sales promotions, and marketing messages.
Driven by the goal to prevent spam messages and strengthen emergency messages, Rave supports the industry’s new 10-digit long code (10DLC) requirements. Organizations can send both operational messages and emergency messages from different, clearly defined phone numbers in line with the latest requirements from mobile carriers.
“The face of public safety and critical communication is constantly evolving, and we are committed to providing our customers with solutions that solve for their most pressing challenges,” said Todd Piett, Chief Executive Officer at Rave.
“It’s more important than ever that emergency response and critical data are taken out of siloes so those tasked with public safety can share information and seamlessly work together to protect their communities.”
Recent recognition for Rave is highlighted by inclusion in BuiltIn’s Best Midsize Places to Work in Boston list, a 2021 Security Today New Product of the Year Award (Rave Collaborate), the Mass Technology Leadership Council Tech Top 50, and their Multi-Award Win in the 2021 ‘ASTORS’ Homeland Security Awards Program – for their Fifth Consecutive Year.

Rave Mobile Safety (First of Two)
Best COVID-19 Communications Solution
As public safety and first responders continue to struggle with the implications of COVID-19, it is more crucial than ever that they are able to proactively identify, communicate with and respond to those at greatest risk.
Of equal importance is ensuring the protection of first responders to COVID-19 exposure, and in order to provide better safety and communication capabilities to organizations across all industries, Rave Mobile Safety developed its Coronavirus Recovery Solution, to enable these organizations and agencies to adhere to national and local guidelines while creating a safe environment for their staff and community.
Two key applications include Critical Communications for timely, targeted, and personal notifications to employees and members within an organization; and Mass Notifications across 9-1-1, first responders, and emergency management to protect public safety through natural disasters, operational events, and crisis incidents.

Rave Mobile Safety (Second of Two)
Best Risk, Crisis Management Solution
It’s challenging to have paper-based checklists sitting in a folder or notes on a personal mobile phone when lifesaving decisions and actions must be made.
Teams need to be prepared for all possible events and make strategic decisions quickly during those initial critical moments of an incident as first responders arrive on scene.
Rave Collaborate ensures all key resources can be easily found and implemented when the unimaginable occurs.
Staff can quickly see what needs to be done, make appropriate response decisions, and account for their actions.
