Iris ID Systems, a 25-year global leader in iris recognition technology, who took home the 2022 Gold ‘ASTORS’ Homeland Security Award for Best Facial/Iris Recognition System and Returning in the 2023 ‘ASTORS’ Program, has unveiled the new Iris ID IrisTime™, IrisTime Management Service (iTMS) Cloud.

IrisTime iTMS Cloud was designed to automate integration between time clocks and Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), easily converting transactional data into real-time information.

IrisTime iTMS Cloud helps reduce costs and eliminate human errors when employees punch in or do other related tasks, such as entering job transfers or hours worked.

The initial rollout of iTMS Cloud allows Iris ID clients and resellers to securely manage employee information through a client or reseller web portal.

The self-service web portal allows review of transactional data, employee information, and management of the data to an HRMS, as well as management of the IrisTime iT100 time clock.

(Meet the IrisTime™ iT100, designed so custom applications can connect to enterprise HR data as an interactive tool for employees to access their information on 401K status, vacation time left, overtime, and much more. Courtesy of Iris ID Systems and YouTube.)

iTMS Cloud is a win for organizations of all sizes, but especially for small and mid-size companies that do not have the capacity to monitor and analyze employee records manually.

iTMS Cloud will save users an incredible amount of time, enabling workers to be more productive and managers to focus on growing the business.

Additional advantages include scalability, as iTMS Cloud and iT100 devices are configured to handle large volumes of punch data securely.

The iT100 device provides an easy-to-use solution with fast auto focus to conveniently authenticate identities at distances of up to 24 -30 inches. The authentication process takes one second to complete before resident Android-based applications can set employee schedules, process payroll and may display many other benefits such as disability and accrued vacation time.

The iTMS Cloud REST API interface allows users to automate the configuration process quickly and efficiently.

The iTMS Cloud and the iT100 device also support accuracy and security; only authorized personnel can be identified, and all biometric data is encrypted before transmission.

The iTMS Cloud is ready to be integrated into any major HRMS, and there are no maintenance requirements as the iTMS Cloud is hosted and monitored by Iris ID using enterprise-level security, including remote clock software updates.

IrisTime iTMS Cloud is a complementary solution that, when paired with the IrisTime iT100 Time Clock, provides users with a superior iris and face fusion solution for capturing employee data.
