X.Labs, a Multiple-Award Winner in the 2019 ‘ASTORS’ Homeland Security Awards Program, is proud to announce the first of many expansions to the FEEVR product line called, FEEVR Pre-Check, an app-based system that integrates with access control to make the health and safety screening process faster and more manageable for facility security administrators.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the closure of non-essential workplaces, schools and public venues, businesses and organizations are quickly adopting health and safety screening policies and procedures to prepare for the re-opening of their buildings.

X.Labs, (formerly SWORD Enterprises), recently introduced FEEVR in response to the need for an efficient, effective elevated body temperature detection device that allows the operator to screen for elevated body temperatures – in a crowd from a safe distance – with no human contact necessary in order to minimize risk of spreading infectious disease such as COVID-19.

“We are seeing a clear and growing global demand for our technology,” said Todd Dunphy, COO of X. Labs.

FEEVR enables the user to identify individuals with a possible fever, efficiently and effectively, without making direct body contact, minimizing the risk of infectious disease cross-contamination.
FEEVR enables the user to identify individuals with a possible fever, efficiently and effectively, without making direct body contact, minimizing the risk of infectious disease cross-contamination.

“This agreement will offer us the ability to work directly with our current Fortune 500 clients to fulfill their new orders and opens further opportunities for our technology.”

To meet the high response for FEEVR, X.Labs has signed a product supply agreement with FLIR Systems, also a Platinum Award Winner in the 2019 ‘ASTORS’ Homeland Security Awards Program, and the world’s largest and leading commercial company specializing in the design and production of thermal imaging cameras, components, and imaging sensors.

The response from those looking to adopt safety and security measures consistent with the recent FDA announcement regarding telethermographic devices & temperature screening, has allowed multiple businesses across the United States to take advantage of Feevr’s revolutionary software integrated Non-Contact Thermal Imaging (NCTI) solution.

As a result, FEEVR has shipped thousands of devices over the past 6 weeks as the safety and security of those essential workers on the frontlines has become a paramount priority for businesses across the country for safely screening individuals with a potential elevated body temperature (EBT) or fever.

FEEVR NCTI devices have been sold since its introduction to the market in March of this year, helping many retailers open distribution centers and helping sports teams and corporations prepare for re-opening in a way that maintains the health and safety of their workforce, fans and visitors.

The newest expansion to the FEEVR product line, the FEEVR PreCheck smart thermometer combined with the FEEVR PreCheck app will allow individuals to log their own temperature, which will allow for a safe 2 hour “green zone” to enter their office buildings, event venues, hotel, sport arenas, places of worship etc.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

Place the thermometer either in your mouth or under your armpit.

Sign into the app using our facial recognition system.

Step 2

Within seconds of signing in, the precheck app will automatically read your temperature.

It is then immediately to your employer, venue, and/or event with a timestamp.

Step 3

Your readings will auto sync with your badge, tickeT and reservations, where you can scan your unique code and directly go through.

Venue system validates your identity and allows entry because you have an acceptable core body temperature based on the venue’s policies.

Furthermore, FEEVR PreCheck will have the capability to connect your COVID-19 test results in order to generate a travel certificate which may be required by airlines, cruise ships and other tourism related industries during and potentially post this global pandemic.

“Just like 9/11 changed airport security forever, COVID-19 will forever change the way businesses take precautionary measures for the health and safety of their employees and their customers,” added Dunphy.

“We care deeply about saving lives and we are continuously striving towards fine tuning our FEEVR product for optimal use with additions like Pre-Check, regular updates to our app, and professional services to help implement back-to-work policies for our customers.”

Thousands of FEEVR devices have been sold since its introduction to the market in March of 2020, helping many retailers open as well as distribution centers and helping many sports teams and corporations prepare for re-opening in a way that maintains the health and safety of their workforce, fans and visitors.
