ResponderLink is a product of the combined expertise of SDS and Noonlight’s engineers. They have developed an immediate, two-way data interface that connects SDS’ mapping and alerting software with Noonlight’s SendPolice Platform.
With the activation of the new ResponderLink service, SDS customers can be assured that their data is effectively and securely transmitted to a 911 Call Center (also known as the PSAP or Public Safety Answering Point) via trained Safety Agents from Noonlight.
ResponderLink completes the circle from detection to 911 notification to first responder awareness, giving law enforcement the enhanced situational intelligence they urgently need to save lives.

SDS and Noonlight’s engineers have created an instantaneous, two-way data interface between SDS’ Situational Awareness software and Noonlight’s SendPolice Platform. SDS customers will instantly know that the new Emergency Response Service has been activated and that their data is automatically and continuously transmitted to a 911 Call Center.

This unique new software service is made possible via a powerful integration between SDS and Noonlight’s SendPolice capability that allows trained operators to have push-button access directly to the 911 center serving the incident location.

With the SDS Emergency Response Service, a 911 operator receives real-time updates as an incident unfolds, including if more shots are fired and the changing location of shots detected inside the building. This allows operators to accurately update responding officers regarding the location of the last shots fired.

Director Dettelbach lauded the strong partnerships with Federal, State, Local, and Tribal Policing that ATF has earned and relies upon to reduce violence and spoke with admiration as a former prosecutor on the selfless sense of mission and drive that is universal across the entire First Responder Community.
